6^th	Motorcycle Aid Snowball	Bikers from all over the UK, starting from various points (North, East, South and West) will meet up in their major cities at a pre-determined time. They then move to the next city in the route and join up with others. At each city, along the way or even before the event we are collecting for the Tsunami Earthquake Appeal. Bikers from Glasgow will be leaving from the Showcase Cinema car park on the M8 near Coatbridge at 8.00am, planning to arrive at the event approx 1.00pm. All funds raised shall be given to DEC (UK Registered charity no: 1062638, this event is a registered donor with the record number: TEA FUNDR 117) after all money from sponsorship, collections on the day and proceeds of the auction have been collected. The ultimate end point is The National Motorcycle Museum in Solihull, West Midlands who have kindly donated the use of their facilities for this event. At there museum we shall be holding an auction of the items so kindly donated by the companies and racing teams that we all know and respect. We shall even have some of them joining us on the day.

27^th - 29^th	SEPA Charity Run	The mainland offices of the Scottish Environment Protection Agency are revving up to welcome a team of two-tyred charity fundraisers who are travelling the length and breadth of Scotland clocking up cash for charity. A team of bikers, led by East Kilbride-based SEPA Robert Guthrie, will cover a massive 1,100 miles over three days. They’re inviting colleagues and friends to boost their fundraising efforts by sponsoring miles on their journey for £1 a time. Robert is being joined by East Kilbride colleagues Al Dewart, John Harper and Archie Rowatt. Fellow bikers from other SEPA offices are planning to join the team as they tour the country. Proceeds from the event will go towards two charities. Cancer Research was chosen after SEPA’s Ian Trail, from the East Kilbride office, recently underwent chemotherapy. The other good cause to benefit from their efforts is the CGD Trust, which spends money on research into Chronic Granulomatous Disorder, a condition suffered by six year old Mark Devlin whose father Jim works in the Glasgow office. 30^th - 31^st	Thames Vale Vultures Club Charity Run	Thames Vale Vultures Club are doing a charity run early to raise money for NABD. They will be riding from Reading, down to Lands End, up to John O'Groats and then home. They would like to meet other bike clubs on the way who could ride with them part of the way, and even better raise some money which they could pick up and take with them. They have had local media coverage already, plus a short article in BSH, and have already raised £500. Their target is £2,000. The theme of this years demo is to ensure that the council provide adequate secure motorcycle parking in the proposed extension to the controlled parking zone. In addition we are calling on the council to carry out the necessary repairs to the roads network within Edinburgh, which is vital for the safety and efficiency of all modes of transport, with the exception of rail, and is of particular concern to two wheeled modes. 26^th	Glasgow Museum of Transport Parade of Wheels	Assemble at Bridgeton Bus Garage at 11.00 for 12 noon departure. The parade will go from Glasgow Vintage Vehicle Trust’s Bridgeton Bus Garage through the city to the Museum of Transport car park. This year the Parade will stop on Glasgow Green at 12.20 and at the SECC at 1.00 so that the public get an extra opportunity to admire your vehicle on it's way to the Museum of Transport. It will include all types of wheeled transport from vintage cars to rollerblades and they would like some motorbikes/trikes/scoots along too so please fill out the registration form and join in the fun. There will be the bike parade through Aviemore followed by the ride out through the beautiful hills and glens of the Highlands with a stop over in the very picturesque Grantown-on-Spey for the "Taste of Scotland" event. Bike Show, Chapter games, trade stalls, secure parking and all the usual fun and frolics will be going on. Why not come along and meet new and old friends in the newly refurbished Aviemore Conference suite on Friday and Saturday evening where the headline bands will be performing.
